A hydroponic hub to provide fresh locally grown food to the heart of Detroit’s Islandview community.

Partners’ provided preconstruction services, owner’s representation, and acquisition analysis to pressure test this hydroponic farm. The development team was passionate about addressing the need for fresh food in minority communities and creating specialized farming jobs through workforce development.
