City Of Detroit: Senior Emergency Housing Repair Program

Revitalization is not limited to forsaken homes. Maintaining a resilient neighborhood means keeping long-term residents in their community and addressing generational deferred maintenance. The City of Detroit seeks to assist its seniors by providing grants beginning at $15,000 for qualifying families. As an approved contractor for the City, Partners’ is able to provide repair and maintenance services services so that families can stay within their homes and take advantage of City, State and Federal assistance. The scope of work differs based on each resident’s needs. Partners’ has built new porches, rebricked facades, dug new sewer lines, and replaced HVAC systems as part of our efforts to maintain community stability for long-term and aging residents.
