Modern Ancient Brown Foundation Studio

After the completion of the MAB Foundation, McArthur Binion shared his vision of finding a studio space to begin an artist residency program.

As the Owner’s Representative, Partners’ found multiple locations based on stated client interests, assisted the broker in finalizing deal terms, and facilitated tenant turn-over once the property was purchased.

As the Design Builder, Partners’ provided design input, architectural renderings, and created a construction estimate. Partners’ also served as Prime Contractor. This allowed our team ample cost and time controls. We are proud that construction was completed ahead of schedule and below budget. (Construction took place throughout the spring of 2021 during the Covid-19 Pandemic)

With construction complete, Partners’ has matured into a property manger role. We coordinate material drop offs, continuing improvements, yard maintenance and utilities.
